Frequently Asked Questions
You can check your warranty status by contacting our support team with your device serial number and purchase receipt. All TechZone devices come with a 1-year comprehensive warranty from the date of purchase.
First, try charging your device for at least 30 minutes using the original charger. If it still won't turn on, try a force restart by holding the power button for 10-15 seconds. If the issue persists, contact our technical support team.
The process varies by device. For iPhones: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase All Content and Settings. For Android: Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data. Always backup your data before resetting.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, hardware failures, and battery issues (minimum 80% health guarantee). It does not cover physical damage, water damage, or software issues caused by user modifications.
For iPhone to iPhone: Use Quick Start or iCloud backup. For Android to Android: Use Google Backup or Smart Switch. For cross-platform transfers, use Google Drive, iCloud, or third-party apps like Move to iOS.
For warranty repairs expected to take more than 5 business days, we offer loaner devices based on availability. Please contact our support team to check loaner device availability in your area.
